Merry Christmas to Blueberry!

It is hard to believe that this was my last Christmas without you, little one.  Christmas in our family will never be the same.  Everyone seemed to notice it.

Your Daddy and I enjoyed a quiet Christmas Eve dinner after Communion and talked about how next year we would be putting you down for your first Christmas.  We wondered who would be there enjoying dinner with us.  While we were shopping for your big sister's gifts we casually "window-shopped" for things that you might like next year.

Your Aunt Jessica and Uncle Jamie were at Communion.  Aunt Jessica and I giggled imagining Christmases in the future.  Your Uncle Patrick asked lots of questions about how you were growing and what it felt like when you kicked me.  Gigi and Pop are already spoiling you with cute little things and they gave you your very first Christmas ornament.  One day it will hang on your very own Christmas tree.  Aunt Sissy got to feel you kick for the first time but doesn't like my belly button.  Unfortunately, you always seem to be asleep when we are with Aunt Sarah.  My Daddy is always checking on us and making sure we're feeling okay.  Everyone is awaiting your arrival.

We love you little baby.  Stay safe and warm.  It won't be too much longer.

Mommy
